Coffee Innovation Day 2.0 – Roast Your Own Beans!

After the success of the first event, we are hosting the next Coffee Innovation Day on 20th October 2025. An inspiring network day, where we – together with you – are going to experience how distilling meets coffee and much more.

For this edition we even give you the opportunity to roast your own beans with our DirectRoaster! So, are you curious to see how the machine works and/or perhaps can assist your project?

In this second edition the focus will be on learning from each other. Last time we gave a taste of cascara and chaff extraction and introduced the idea of bean fermentation, this time we go more in-depth. Discussing how to create the flavors which you taste and bound our experiences in order to inspire each other.
