We would like to invite our readers to the very first Coffee Innovation Day!

Coffee Meets Distilling. We are all about unlocking pure, intense flavours through extraction and fermentation – not preservation. Our innovative approach, inspired by our distilling methods, brings out the deepest aromas of coffee and other raw materials, for a unique sensation that transcends traditional methods.

What can you expect?
No standard flavours, but a journey of complex, layered profiles. Through controlled fermentation and precision extraction, we bring out nuances that would otherwise remain hidden. Think floral notes from coffee beans, smoky and fruity accents from Cascara or surprising umami depths – all pure and unprocessed.

For whom?
For connoisseurs, roasters, baristas and chefs looking for innovative flavour components. Or for home users who want to enrich their coffee or beverage ritual.
