We really know everything about electric heating. At its core, roasting is about heating beans or grains in a rotating drum. Most roasters use external heat sources, but we took a different approach. The DirectRoaster features an electric heating element integrated directly into the drum, ensuring immediate and efficient heat transfer. This eliminates energy loss from indirect heating, allowing for faster response times and better temperature stability.

But we didn’t stop there. To optimize airflow, a critical factor in roasting, we added 2 radial blowers:
